RALF is the Redwood Area Library Foundation created in 1992 to provide financial support for the Library that goes beyond traditional tax base funding.
This foundation is instrumental in assisting with continued planning for future growth and success of the library. This is possible thanks to the many contributions from our dedicated patrons who support our library.
In the Library lobby, donations of $500 or more are recognized on our Recognition Wall with a plaque honoring the donor with an inscription as requested by the donor.
2023 donations are dedicated to the Library Expansion Project. For more information about this exciting plan, please visit the Expansion tab on this site. Thank you for your continued support!

Help support the Redwood Area Library Foundation (RALF) and the Redwood Falls Public Library by Adopting a Book
Want to be the first to check out that current bestseller? Adopt it! Just let us know which book you would like to adopt, make your check payable to the Redwood Area Library Foundation (RALF) and once the book is ready for circulation you will be the first to receive.
This program allows you to commemorate an occasion, celebrate a milestone, honor an achievement, or leave a legacy for a loved one, while providing funding which supports the library.
There is also the option to add a book plate which would be placed on the inside front page of the book. Click here for a printable form.
